कह सकते हैं - ज़िन्दगी हुई बेनक़ाब
you can change 'need' to 'neend' and
'Zindagi hai alsi' to 'Zindagi hai haqiqat' or even to 'Zindagi haqiqat hai'
i think anshul's suggestion is perfect!
i was thinking 'zindagi hai sachaayi' but nah, stick with anshul's.
